Falcon Street - Parnell, Auckland

This project transforms a 1970s city fringe building into a contemporary office space. A new building envelope — updated street elevations, roof, and a refined material palette — honours the existing character while bringing it firmly into the present.

Inside, two levels of flexible working space make full use of the building's volume. The layout is designed to adapt — supporting both collaborative open-plan work and quieter, focused areas. Natural light is drawn deep into the floor plates, and the material choices carry the restrained palette of the exterior through to the interior, creating a cohesive and considered workplace.
